ORA Daisy Clip Charms are handmade from Sterling silver with a 2mm white zirconia and are gold plated with a thick micron plating to ensure durability.

Our Gold Plating Guarantee
Every ORA gold-plated piece purchased from March 2025 comes with our 90-Day Shine Promise — if your jewellery fades or tarnishes within 90 days, we’ll re-plate it for free. We use a thick 14ct micron gold plating for a long-lasting, waterproof shine that’s made to stay beautiful.
Refresh Service
Natural fading can happen over time. We offer a Gold Plating Refresh Service at a discounted rate (around 15% of the replacement value). Shipping fees apply — just email hello@orajewellery.com to arrange it.

Exclusions
Your plating warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, scratches, breakage, improper care, or lost items.
24-Month Craftsmanship Warranty
We stand by our craft. All ORA pieces purchased directly from our online store from March 2025 onward come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects — including structural issues with the metalwork.

✗ Accidental damage, breakage, or misuse

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, email hello@orajewellery.com with your order number and clear photos. Our team will assess and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit where possible. For claims made after 30 days, our quality team will confirm next steps.
Returns
We want you to love your ORA piece.
If it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange collection via our trusted courier at R100 one way, or R200 for collection and re-delivery.
Free Gifts
Free gifts are non-returnable. If the free gift you selected is unavailable at the time your order is packed, we'll substitute it with an alternate item of equal value.
Final Sale Items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved, personalised or customised pieces, discounted or sale items, and gift vouchers are final sale unless faulty.
We offer free shipping on all orders over R1650. Orders under R1650 are charged a flat rate of R99.
All ORA jewellery is handmade to order in Cape Town. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. During busy periods, production times may be extended.

2. What are Slide & Stack Charms?
Slide & Stack Charms are silicone-lined charms that slide onto our Slider Chain or Bracelet and lock into place. They’re designed exclusively to wear with other Slide & Stack Charms. The Slider Chain is the only chain these charms work with, and they cannot be mixed with Clip Charms on the same necklace
