1. ORDERS
1.1 Purchase of Products
When placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product at the listed price, subject to these Terms.
We take care to ensure all product details, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. In the event of any errors, we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel or refuse any order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to product unavailability, payment authorisation failure, or errors in pricing, product information, or promotional offers.
1.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
Delivery fees are charged separately at checkout.
Additional costs may apply for custom sizing or special requests.
1.3 Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately at online@orajewellery.com.
ORA Jewellery is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
1.4 Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Where cancellation is possible, a 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs.
All order changes, including delivery address updates, must be submitted via email to online@orajewellery.com within 24 hours of purchase. Requests sent via Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other platform will not be actioned.
2. PAYMENT
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept Debit / Credit Card (Yoco), Payflex, PayJustNow, PayFast (Instant EFT), and EFT.
Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.
2.2 International Orders & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
ORA Jewellery is not liable for these charges.
3. PRODUCT & PRICING CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time and to adjust pricing due to market conditions, supplier changes, or errors.
4. MANUFACTURING & SHIPPING
All ORA pieces are made to order.
Please allow 10–15 working days for production, unless stated otherwise.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
ORA Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. PROMOTIONS & FREE GIFTS
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Only one promotional offer or free gift may be redeemed per order unless otherwise stated.
Free gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Customers must ensure that any free gift appears in their cart and on their order confirmation before completing checkout.
If a free gift is missing, customers must notify us within 24 hours of purchase so that we may assist.
If no notification is received within this timeframe, it will be considered that the free gift was declined.
6. DISCLAIMER
We aim to ensure all product information is accurate.
In the event of incorrect pricing or product details due to system or supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. A full refund will be issued where applicable.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your ORA piece.
If something isn’t right, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items that meet our conditions will be issued as store credit, which may be used towards an exchange or a future purchase.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are inspected upon receipt, and approved credits are processed within 10 working days.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved or personalised pieces, custom orders, sale or discounted items, gift vouchers, and free gifts.
8. WARRANTY
All ORA Jewellery is covered by a 24-month craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, misuse, or natural fading of gold plating over time.
We offer a paid replating service should you wish to refresh your piece.
