You are very welcome to return your jewellery within 14 days of delivery. However, all pieces need to be in their original packaging and unworn.
You will be responsible for all courier fee’s involved in the returns process. Returns will only be exchanged for store credits, which can be used towards future purchases.

Please note, we’re unable to accept returns on engraved, customised, discounted, or sale items.

**We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that 9ct jewellery and engraved pieces may take a little longer — you can check the lead-time estimator on each product page for details.

We offer free express shipping nationwide on all orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, a flat rate of R99 applies within South Africa.

All international orders are shipped from Cape Town, South Africa, with an official invoice stating the full value of your purchase in South African Rands.
