Returns & Exchanges
May I Return My Jewellery If Its Not Too My Liking?
You are very welcome to return your jewellery within 14 days of delivery. However, all pieces need to be in their original packaging and unworn.
You will be responsible for all courier fee’s involved in the returns process. Returns will only be exchanged for storecredits, which can be used towards future purchases.

I Received My Jewllery As A Gift, Can I Still Return It?
Yes! As long as you have proof of purchase that it was bought online and in original packaging, then we can exchange your item. Please follow the instructions above.
My Ring Doesn't Fit, Can You Resize It?
Yes, we will gladly resize your ring. We charge R100 for silver & brass and a minimum of R250 for gold (price is subject to gold price fluctuations and the amount of gold needed for the larger
size).
 You can arrange for the ring to be delivered to our studio or if you would like us to arrange our reliable courier service for you, please Contact Us.
I Bought My Jewellery From Another Outline, Will You Exchange It?
We only accept exchanges for pieces purchased from our online store and will not accept any returns for purchases from one of our retail partners. If you purchased from a retail partner, please contact them directly to discuss your options.
 If you are unable to contact the retail partner, please email us to so assist you with your options.
Can I Exchange My Damaged Chain?
Our brass chains are plated in 14ct gold and require additional care. Should the plating
come off within 6 months we will replace the chain for you.
 Should you notice a manufacturing defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery so that we may assist you with your options.

we can’t take responsibility for broken chains as they are delicate and need to
be handled with care.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
ORA Jewellery offers free nationwide shipping within South Africa on all order’s over
R1000
However, we do not offer free shipping on cross border sales.
When Will I Get My Order?
Unless otherwise stated, all ORA jewellery pieces are made to order, so please allow
for 10 - 15 working days before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched please
allow for 2 - 4 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

How Will I Know When My Order Is On Its Way?
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive a tracking number and link for your parcel via email
Please allow 24 hours for the courier to update their records before you begin to track your order
Will My Order Be Safe During Transport?
We use a trusted and reliable courier service that will deliver to your door.
All of our jewellery pieces come in branded ORA Jewellery pouches - which we recommend you use to store your jewellery in when not wearing.
Custom-made engagement rings come in beautiful ring boxes which keep them 100% safe
Do You Ship Internationally?
We love shipping all around the globe. Please note that when sending internationally our shipping fee does not include any customs, import duties and any additional taxes and fees that your local government may require. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. You will be responsible for any additional charges, which are
beyond our control.
Your order will be shipped from Cape Town, South Africa with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in South African Rands. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value. This protects all of us in the event of losses or unforeseen circumstances.
