For optimal care of all jewellery we suggest, jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off at night.

To protect chains, coil them when you take them off, wipe down your jewellery with your ORA jewellery polishing cloth, that we give to you with each purchase and when you take your jewellery off store in your
jewellery pouch or an airtight container. It is good to wipe down your jewellery regularly to avoid a build-up of residue from, lotions, sweat, etc.  Avoid abrasive materials and strong chemicals. Avoid impact with hard surfaces and clean regularly.

Do not dip in or use any jewellery cleaner on any gold plated jewellery, as it could damage the gold plating.

Only use a jewellery polishing cloth to wipe it down.

We use the highest quality pure & real metals

Brass 

We use fine Italian Brass, that has been made specifically for jewellery use. we do not plate or coat our brass unless indicated as gold plated. Our brass is highly polished. A natural patina will develop over time, giving it a matte finish and darkening the tone of your brass jewellery. If you have high sulphite levels in your skin or use lotions with high sulphur content it can affect the colour of the brass. If you would like to restore the polished finish you can easily do so with a soft micro fibre cloth and a dab of generic brass cleaner or a jewellery polishing cloth Gold Plated. We use a thick 14ct thick micron plating to ensure that our plating is durable and long-lasting, waterproof and tarnish resistant.

Silver

We use 925 Sterling silver, and assure the highest quality silver that lasts.

Gold

We use 9ct gold in our collection and 14ct and 18ct on request.

Bangles

Our standard bangles inside diameter are 6.2cm-6.5cm

Bracelet Chains

Our bracelet chain length is between 17cm-18cm

Necklace Chains

Our standard length chain is 45cm

Ring sizes

Our rings are sized small, UK L, medium, UK N, large UK P.

For custom ring sizes, please leave a note at checkout with your size.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your jewellery, but if it’s not quite right, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we won’t be able to process an exchange.

Exchange Requirements

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Custom, customised, or engraved pieces are made just for you and cannot be exchanged.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

We do not offer refunds—only exchanges.

Include your order number and contact details inside the package.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier you will receive the tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.

Our standard shipping lead-time is 2-4 days.

We do offer express shipping for R150, with delivery in 24hrs.
